Elephant Moving/E & M Delivery is seeking an office/warehouse assistant.

Duties:

Answering incoming calls and placing outgoing calls related to delivery customers and the companies we deliver for.
Entering customer orders into routing software.
Preparing daily route paperwork.
Scanning delivery tickets.
Assisting warehouse with checking in freight and receiving into computer systems for our clients.
Various shipping/receiving duties, coordinating with warehouse lead on dock searches and returns processing.

Requirements:

Previous office admin and/or shipping/receiving/warehouse admin experience required.

Compensation is $17.50/hr-$18.50/hr and up for 40+ hours per week, some overtime possible.
